Founded in Foshan City, Guangdong Province in 2015, TMOON has evolved into a leading integrated solution provider for laboratory equipment, seamlessly integrating R&D, design, production, sales, and installation. For nearly a decade, we have adhered to the concept of technological innovation and quality first, constantly forging ahead in the laboratory equipment industry and establishing a solid reputation among global partners.
Our strength is rooted in a robust foundation. We boast a 40,000㎡ self-owned property R&D and production base, which serves as the core engine for our development. Since our establishment, we have experienced rapid growth: from the launch of the TMOON brand and the establishment of the first brand exhibition center in 2016, to achieving a performance exceeding 100 million yuan in 2018, and then surpassing 600 million yuan in subsequent years. In 2022-2023, our 40,000㎡ R&D and production base was fully completed, marking our transformation into a one-stop laboratory equipment platform enterprise. The Cuiheng Biomedical Intelligent Innovation Center project, with a single project value exceeding 100 million yuan, is a testament to our professional strength. Up to now, we have set up 15+ brand operation centers nationwide, providing efficient and high-quality services to customers across the country.
Technological innovation
Technological innovation is the cornerstone of TMOON's development. As a national high-tech enterprise and a Guangdong Provincial "Little Giant" SME, we have established the industry's first CNAS-certified laboratory, adhering to the highest standards for technical research and product verification. With 167 national-level patents, including 40 invention patents, we have built a strong technological barrier in the industry. Our products strictly comply with international and domestic standards: fume hoods meet European Standard (EN14175-3-2019), laboratory benches conform to American standard (SEFA-8M), and all products comply with Chinese standards (CNAS). In 2024, we participated in compiling China's new national standard for laboratory furniture (GB/T 24820-2024), demonstrating our leading position in the industry's technical standards. Our production capacity is among the best in the region. As a leader in production capacity scale in South China, we have an annual production capacity guarantee of 1.3 billion yuan, enabling us to efficiently meet large-volume orders.
SMART MANUFACTURING & HIGH-PRECISION CONTROL
Our production workshop is equipped with world-class equipment, including Italian-imported Salvagnini Multi-sided Bending Machines—world-leading brand of full-automatic bending machines with one-key feeding, positioning, bending and material collection functions, a bending deviation of ≤0.01mm, and full-automatic die change in 0.2 seconds. We also have 15 CNC turret punch presses, 8 flexible customized production lines, and a total of 79 units of automated equipment covering 34 types, achieving an 80% comprehensive automation rate. This advanced production layout ensures the high efficiency, precision, and customization capabilities of our products, allowing us to tailor-make laboratory furniture according to different project requirements.

We hold a Work Safety Permit, Medical Device Business License, three major ISO system certifications, Environmental Product Certification, and five-star after-sales service certification.
